What the service provides
InboxQuery generates Gmail search query text from user-selected filters and provides educational explanations of search operators. The site does not connect to your Google account, perform mailbox actions, guarantee a particular Gmail result, or provide email recovery services.
Permitted use
- Use the tools for lawful personal, educational, or business searches.
- Verify generated queries before applying any bulk action in Gmail.
- Respect account access rules, privacy, intellectual property, and applicable law.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Third-party services and trademarks
The site links to Gmail and Google support pages. Your use of Google services is governed by Google’s terms. InboxQuery is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Gmail and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.
Intellectual property
InboxQuery’s original site design, explanatory content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use generated query text for your own searches. These terms do not transfer ownership of the site or permit copying the service as a competing branded product.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, InboxQuery and its operators are not liable for lost messages, account actions, data loss, missed search results, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date above identifies the current version.
